Sciatic/Low Back Pain
Back Pain can be caused by stress, muscular tension, lifestyle factors, poor posture, disc irritation, and irritated nerves. Back pain is often the result of improper posture and stabilization unless acute trauma has occurred. Poor breathing strategies do not allow the spine to properly stabilize causing other muscles to overcompensate leading to back pain.
Low Back Pain, Disc Herniation, Sciatica Symptoms
- Disc Herniation

- Sciatic Pain
